Ravi has always looked at the business from the point where an idea begins.

An engineer by training and a co-founder of Artasia since 1996, he has spent nearly three decades working at the intersection of design, and buyer relationships - understanding not only what can be made, but what is worth making.

Ravi's instinct is to look beyond what the buyer has provided: What should the product feel like? Where will it sit in the market? What can be improved without losing the original idea? And can it be made commercially, consistently and at the right value?

That way of thinking has shaped how Artasia develops products today. For Ravi, a successful piece needs to do three things well: work properly, feel right, and remain desirable long after the first impression has passed.

Sandeep Mundra

Managing Partner — Production & Operations

If Ravi begins with the idea, Sandeep begins with what it will take to make that idea work - repeatedly.

An electronics engineer and co-founder of Artasia, Sandeep has spent his career building the systems behind the product: materials, production, quality, process discipline and the movement from raw input to finished shipment.

His view of manufacturing is straightforward: a good product should not depend on luck. He looks at manufacturing through the process rather than the individual piece - asking where variation can enter, where information can be lost, and where a better system can prevent a problem before it appears.

That same thinking extends to the way he works with people. Clear expectations. Direct communication. Respect for the work. Responsibility for the result.

Nearly three decades later, both still review developments, walk the floor and meet buyers themselves. Growth may add layers to a business. Responsibility shouldn't.

Madhav Laddha

Business & Product Development

Madhav's role at Artasia spans commercial development, operations and business transformation. Having worked across the organisation, from the shop floor to the customer, he understands how product, production, costing, quality, delivery and commercial priorities connect.

He leads organisational initiatives including ERP implementation, MIS, process improvement, and HR and PMS systems, bringing greater structure, visibility and accountability. He also works with product and commercial teams to turn customer requirements into viable products, collections and opportunities.

His aim is to help Artasia become more scalable and professionally managed while keeping the experience, relationships and qualities behind its success. His approach is to build on what works, improve what can work better, and put in place the systems and capabilities needed for the company's next stage of growth.

Sanath Mundra

Operations & Process Development

Sanath's introduction to Artasia was deliberately practical.

Rather than entering through one defined role, he has spent time across the business - from timber intake, joinery and finishing to quality, documentation and dispatch, learning how one department's decision affects the next.

That experience has given him a view of manufacturing that is difficult to learn from a dashboard. His focus today sits increasingly in the spaces between processes - where better communication, clearer systems and stronger accountability can make the entire operation work better.

For Sanath, learning the family business has meant beginning with the floor before thinking about how to lead it.
