Built From the Inside Out
A bed has to do far more than look balanced in a room. Its frame must stay stable, its joints must hold under repeated load, upholstery needs to retain its finish, and knock-down construction—where required—has to assemble simply without giving away structural confidence. Artasia develops beds around those realities, combining conditioned timber, engineered joinery, layered upholstery and finish development with buyer-specific dimensions, materials and packaging.

Sub Categories
From exposed timber frames to fully upholstered statements, bed programmes can be developed around different markets, room scales and collection languages.
Bedside Tables
Coordinated bedside pieces can be developed alongside bed programmes, using solid wood, veneer and buyer-specific hardware or finish directions where suitable.
Kids’ Beds
Buyer-led dimensions, construction and styling can be developed from drawings, sketches or references, with prototyping before bulk production.
Key Capabilities/ Product Variations
One bed platform can move in very different directions through material, surface, upholstery, construction and finishing choices.
Structure First. Finish Second.
Timber is kiln-seasoned in-house with moisture monitoring before release to production, and raw wood is preservative-treated using approved processes including DOT treatment where applicable.
Joinery methods are selected around the product’s structural needs, while sanding combines machine and hand work before colour and finishing. For upholstered beds, material selection extends into foam, fibre, stitching, tension and fabric alignment—not simply the visible fabric.
Bed Craftsmanship, Measured
Every Artasia bed is built for lasting rest, combining solid hardwood frames, strong joinery and considered proportions for calm, comfortable bedrooms.
Moisture Managed
Steam-heated kiln seasoning and moisture checks help reduce the risk of movement, cracking and instability in finished timber.
Joinery Engineered
Mortise-and-tenon, reinforced wooden joints and no-nail construction are used where applicable according to the bed design.
Prototype First
Every new product is developed as a prototype before bulk production so construction, finish and functionality can be reviewed.
Export Ready
KD instructions, buyer-specific labels and export packaging can be developed around shipment conditions and customer requirements.
Custom Capabilities
Beds can be adapted well beyond a colour change—provided the construction remains technically sound.
Custom Sizes
Width, length, height, headboard proportions and other product dimensions can be developed against the buyer’s brief.
Custom Material & Finish
Wood, upholstery, surface texture, hardware and finish direction can be developed against approved specifications.
Custom Construction & Packaging
KD format, reinforcement, buyer branding, labelling and assembly documentation can be planned around the programme.
